Well that was shock full of a week. Two favored previously
undefeated teams went down. The game ball goes to Colonel Mustard.
Dijon scored the week's highest points, and AEthernauts got trumped by
the Yellow Jackets behind two-TD games by Foster, Olsen and Wright.
TigerMountain lost Gatti Bowl to rival BDT in an injury-marred match.
Two winless teams also lost. Shock won again. Current top-six teams
(Girlz, Nauts, BDT, TTM, SFF and Dijon) could very well be the playoff
field with the way things are shaping up, but the B-class teams' chances
are still very much alive to say the least. Afterall, it's only Week
5.
Future: Luke Kuechly, 11 Tackles
TTM: Lavonte David, 10 Tackles
Dijon: Jerod Mayo, 4 Tackles
Trix: Paul Posluszny, 9 Tackles
Bloodz: Patrick Willis, 8 Tackles
Nauts: Morgan Burnett, 9 Tackles
Old Future will collect the pot and the matching fund, a sum of 36 bankerbitez. As promised, the rest of participating franchises will receive a one bankerbite Kuechly refund. Nice up the dance.
Stock Market
Folks saw buying opportunities amid favorable interest rates
and dove into the market, but something bigger was evidently in the
works and had other plans for it. In the end, many franchises saw
negative results from the stocks this week and more money was taken out of the market. We see it as a needed correction for a sustainable future upswing.
5-0: Girlz won, but Nauts and TTM lost
Against the Even Odds: BDT won but PHP lost
First Win: Trix and Pelican both lost
And Then There Were None: BDT and Dijon won but Bloodz lost
