Trichs pass up on Babin; still contacts the player for possible treatment

handful of hair in his hands

Jacksonville Jaguars defensive lineman Jason Babin has been contacted by the Trichotillomaniacs for possibly enrolling in the franchise’s behavior correction program after the Far East Siders passed up on him in the waiver-wire transaction Wednesday morning.  Babin has gained notoriety this past Sunday for pulling out a handful of Andre Ellington’s dreads, and was widely expected to join the team for the name-sake behavior.  However, as the team spokesperson for General Far East stated in his latest email to the league office and the media, the definition of trichotillomania is “a compulsive desire to pull out one’s own hair."  The spokesperson continued, arguing that "the defensive end’s behavior on Sunday of pulling out another individual’s hair doesn’t constitute as a trichotillomania and is a mere sociopathic action."  The General, however, apparently sees potential in Babin’s desire to pull, and is extending his hands to help the journey-man defender.  It is not known if and when Jason Babin will travel to the Far East for said treatment.

Babin is reportedly going into treatment
